Which races are yours?

All Virtual Race Calendar races are listed under “Our Virtual Races” on the main menu. They will also appear on our race list and calendar with links to www.thevirtualracecalendar.com directly. Races not hosted by our company are listed for information purposes only as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

What do I get?

The Virtual Race Calendar races include a medal, either a mailed traditional bib or an e-bib (print at home). Our races also typically include fun items related to the race shipped with your medal. Please see the individual race page for details.

When are they?

Our races are time-boxed, meaning they occur during a day, weekend, week or month. The Virtual Race Calendar will state the start and end dates. There is usually no set start time of day. Even if you completely miss the race, you can run on your own schedule and still feel as you are part of the team!

Where do I run?

Anywhere! Some participants like running outside with their medal and bib while others prefer to walk on a treadmill or other gym machine. We have recently even hiked distances to complete the races.

When do the medals ship?

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days once all merchandise is available. Specific information will be provided on each race page. We send shipping tracking information to you with all orders (unless unavailable).

How much are they?

Cost is usually much lower than traditional races which require lots of overhead to run. Most races are between $25 and $50. This pays for the medal, bib, shipping and any other goodies.

What shipping method is used?

The Virtual Race Calendar specific races will ship USPS First Class. Shipping is only to the 50 United States, Canada and APO/FPO.

How do I sign up?

Chose the race of your choice on our website and then click the “register” link within the details of the race. Races which are hosted by The Virtual Race Calendar allow you to sign up directly with us on our site! External vendors, which we may link to, have their own registration and payment portals.

I did the race, now what?

Post to our social media! Send us photos! We aim to create a great social atmosphere around our races and the virtual race community. We may even give coupons or prizes if you do.

Where does the charity money go?

The charity for The Virtual Race Calendar’s own races is stated on the race page. So far, our specific races have benefited Grind For Life cancer charity. We believe in full transparency so you can always verify our giving by contacting them.
